Swift Medical engaged 5&Vine as their Fractional CMO and marketing team to strengthen their Value Proposition, optimize growth, relaunch their website, and rebuild their marketing team.
Swift’s marketing strategy was disproportionately focused on prospecting instead of nurturing, and their website wasn’t conveying their value to the customer. We had to overcome these issues to help Swift Medical deliver on their growth targets.
We analyzed the performance data and demonstrated the need to switch from prospecting to nurturing campaigns. We worked with Sales and the CEO to recraft the value proposition and ensure the new site structure and proof points conveyed this value to visitors. And we helped hire, onboard and mentor a new team to carry the organization forward.
We rewrote their value proposition, relaunched their website, reallocated the majority of the budget from prospecting to nurturing, helped set up email drip campaigns, onboarded new team leadership and set Swift Medical up for a with $35M Series B.
