THE CHALLENGE
With Quartermaster, you can find and book Pros referred to you by neighbours and get personalized home maintenance recommendations and reminders right from their app.
The Quartermaster team engaged 5&Vine to relaunch their B2C website and powerfully communicate their offering to Toronto’s East End homeowners.
OUR APPROACH
With Quartermaster focused on local, personal recommendations, used by both homeowners and businesses, we made sure to concentrate on the brand’s marketplace aspects, as well as build trust through educational content on what Quartermaster is, how it works, and how it’s different to the competition.
Throughout our engagement, our main goal was to drive sign-ups from homeowners with a secondary goal to increase trust with Pros.
We evolved their brand identity for the new website while staying true to their recognizable roots. We also created an animated hero of the skyline and the iconic TTC streetcar to celebrate Toronto and grab attention.

A new, improved website designed, developed, and written from the ground up to better position Quartermaster’s mission and what it can offer both neighbours and Pros in the city’s East End, that can be easily updated and maintained by the Quartermaster team.
