Arise is on a mission to change that by driving true financial wellness through free Earned Wage Access (EWA).
While their EWA competitors focus on linking directly with payroll, and typically neglect SMBs to focus on companies with over 1000 employees, Arise is leading with a direct-to-consumer offering to make their service widely available to those in need.
To propel this mission, Arise engaged 5&Vine to define Ideal Customer Profiles, a strategic growth model and plan, as well as design their pitch deck to win new investment and debit cards to instill pride in their users.
We started by grounding our understanding in the consumer – pain points, strategies and aspirations – and mapped this to competitive offerings to clarify our white space.

We then developed an acquisition and growth strategy to win each ICP, supported by organic efforts that would reinforce trust and help drive vitality.
We developed a compelling new brand and website for Arise so that they could confidently enter the market and win additional venture capital.
