By harnessing advanced AI-powered software, Hiring Branch is disrupting frontline evaluation and training by making soft-skills as quantifiable and measurable as hard-skills. Through a vast set of emotional, social, and cultural nuances, the Challenger makes soft-skill assessment data-led, allowing organizations to make the process standardized and minimizing harmful human bias.
Feeling their ‘branch’ visual looked old and tired, and desiring something new, Hiring Branch engaged 5&Vine to create a new logo that stands out and doesn’t get lost on the page.
OUR APPROACH
We explored and delivered a logo evolution that nodded to nature, leaves, and branches yet felt distinctly modern.
We also rewrote the homepage to better communicate the importance of its offering, how frontline staff impacts business bottom lines, and how accurate, adaptive, scalable, and global Hiring Branch is.

A new logo that better speaks to Hiring Branch’s mission and value proposition of being “HiringBranch is the only tool you’ll need to assess and hire candidates”, supported by home page copy edits that lead with empathy.
