THE CHALLENGE

5&Vine was engaged as drop’s Fractional CMO to drive customer growth and foster the development of their in-house marketing team.

OUR APPROACH

We joined their management team and led OKRs, mentored their marketing leadership and team, introduced NPS to the organization, and helped the Challenger Brand write its Series B pitch deck.

5&Vine also led the evolution of their business model from affiliate commission to CPM revenue, and supported efforts to manage point liability and drive user engagement. 

THE OUTCOME

As a result of our collaboration, drop closed a $58M Series B and were named one of LinkedIn’s Top Startups for 2019.
