By adopting a factory-to-consumer model, Browze ships products from manufacturers straight to consumers around the world. With the pandemic only worsening cross-border buying, Browze was primed to grow as a Challenger by taking on the status quo and delivering consumers a new paradigm of international purchases. The team hired 5&Vine to define their unique reason to exist and win–one that was differentiated from the incumbents.
We analyzed the value propositions, product assortment, brand, experiences, and customer reviews of Wish and AliExpress, enabling us to identify their strengths and vulnerabilities. We then honed in on unique differentiators, and crafted a mission, brand promise and tagline for Browze that brought those to life. We created the brand’s north star of the Browze Advantage, which highlighted key differentiators like: Quality Products, Fair Prices, and Try Before You Buy. Along with the tagline “Patience Pays”, we completely reframed Browze’s long delivery times towards the value of quality and of securing lower prices.
As a result of our efforts, including helping to author their Series A pitch deck, Browze has delivered 2x year over year growth and secured a $15.2M Series A.
