THE CHALLENGE

Borrowell engaged 5&Vine as their fintech startup agency to optimize their conversion funnel and unlock the next phase of growth. 

OUR APPROACH

We mapped out and analyzed the strength of each product offering relative to competition, customer sentiment, and then ultimately their conversion funnel. Our analysis revealed that their intimate knowledge of customer financials as a result of offering a free credit score presented a meaningfully more profitable opportunity to refer customers to best-fit financial products (affiliate revenue) over the promotion of their internally designed loan products. 

THE OUTCOME

This insight fueled a business transformation and helped Borrowell close a $20M Series B. Thanks to Borrowell’s extraordinary team and leadership, they were named one of LinkedIn’s Top Startups for 2019 alongside numerous accolades for their work in diversity and inclusion.
