THE CHALLENGE
We engaged with Swept, a modern janitorial business management software, at a critical time. With no marketing team but notable growth prospects, 5&Vine was tasked with identifying and resolving barriers to customer adoption, and hiring and mentoring a marketing team.
OUR APPROACH
We created and launched Swept’s ‘Time Back Guarantee’, a promise to prospective customers that its trusted janitorial software will fuel business growth, saving time and money. It stated that, if you’re not ‘completely satisfied with your Swept experience at any point during your first three months, we will give you a full refund’.
We also ensured seamless onboarding to the platform with a great CS team, and launched conquesting to win customers from Swept’s biggest competitors on LinkedIn, focused on our advantages of timekeeping, growth and cost. We leveraged testimonials from real customers to speak to how we unlocked growth for their business, and crafted a compelling job description to successfully hire and onboard an exceptional CMO.
THE OUTCOME
With high performance Ads, the time back guarantee, and compelling reviews in place, we hired and onboarded a full-time marketing team and set Swept up for success.
