5&Vine helped BlueDot craft its value proposition, amplify its story through PR and build an in-house marketing team.
5&Vine was engaged as BlueDot’s Fractional CMO to recraft its value proposition. The goal was to amplify the reach and awareness of their pandemic early warning system. To do so, we invested heavily into PR readiness–only to have the world change 2 weeks later with COVID-19.
With limited time, 5&Vine crafted a new value proposition that would resonate with governments, health care providers, and businesses worldwide. We then doubled down on amplifying their story internationally through PR. Our focus on the fundamentals extended to Sales enablement with a strong pitch deck that overviewed BlueDot’s solutions and credentials, and ultimately team design and job descriptions so that an in-house team could drive further impact.
A meaningfully evolved value proposition, a new homepage that received exponentially higher traffic and quality leads for sales, alongside unprecedented press coverage in WIRED, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, The Today Show, 60 Minutes, The Economist, and others, ensuring BlueDot was known internationally as a key player in monitoring and managing pandemics.
