Mama Earth Organics engaged 5&Vine as their Fractional CMO and marketing team to develop a marketing strategy, optimize the conversion funnel, deepen community engagement, and grow AOV.
After Mama Earth brought in a new CEO to accelerate growth, the team needed proven marketing leadership to help co-create this transformation. 5&Vine was engaged to lead this charge.
To isolate key growth drivers, we took a deep-dive into Mama Earth Organic’s metrics to paint a clear picture. We analyzed subscription data to identify churn drivers, mapped out funnels to understand acquisition efficacy, and analyzed basket composition and seasonality trends to identify opportunities. We then conducted deep competitive analysis to isolate Mama Earths’ strengths and vulnerabilities, which directly impacted an evolution of their messaging. To engage their community, we started leveraging the untapped UGC from farmers, artisans and real customers that bolstered the social media presence and organic strategy.
The business grew so dramatically that there was a customer wait list and Mama Earth actively worked to build out more capacity.
